![]() Violations may be reported to the local authorities, in case of non-compliance, or if they threaten the safety, security and wellbeing of the overall community.Applicable penalties may be levied in the event of non-compliance with these community rules. Contractors must abide by the access and security policies of the community and community rules at all times.Access will be allowed 8 AM and 5:30 PM on all days, except Fridays and public holidays.A contractor will be allowed access only to those communities, in which it has a job contract.The concerned contractor will be charged for any damages caused, while undertaking work on the premises.All common areas must be kept clean and tidy throughout the work.Speed limit on site is a maximum of 25km/h within internal community roads and 40km/h on external community roads.The contractor must not take on additional work activities apart from their appointed services.The contractor’s staff are not allowed to sleep at any time on site.Additionally, social distancing must be maintained at all times. In line with the national precautionary measures, the contractor must ensure that its personnel and agents are always wearing face masks and gloves.All contracted personnel on site must wear identity cards. ![]() All personnel and agents of the contractor must always wear professional attire i.e.The contractor shall keep Emaar harmless and fully indemnified therefrom. The contractor shall be solely and fully responsible for the safety of all of its personnel, representatives, subcontractors and agents whether within or outside the communities as well as for the safety, maintenance and safeguard of all its materials, apparatus and tools.The contractor should comply with all rules applicable in the communities for the access of contractors/service providers to the communities and the carrying out of the services at the communities.The contractor unconditionally and irrevocably waives and discharges any rights or claims against Emaar whatsoever in perpetuity. The contractor shall not have any rights or claims against Emaar, its parent company or their respective subsidiaries and affiliates in any manner.Emaar shall under no circumstance be required or obliged to bear any damages or losses sustained by the contractor or pay any amount or compensation whatsoever to the contractor. The contractor shall not be entitled to claim any fees, charges, amounts or consideration whatsoever from Emaar as a result of or in connection with their services.A contractor’s entry permit is issued with the understanding that the recipient is responsible to dispose of any rubbish associated with his/her scope of work and that failure to do so, will result in the costs of disposal being charged to the recipient.
